Atchison Police responded to a disturbance and fire alarm at an apartment complex, where they found no fire but determined that a resident had falsely activated the alarm. The resident, Anthony Edwardson, allegedly sprayed another resident with a fire extinguisher and was arrested for transmitting false information and battery. Concerns were raised on social media, but Edwardson was taken into custody and booked into jail.
