Local Rotary clubs in the region will come together to load the Shoes Caravan with Shoes for Orphan Souls, marking the 25th anniversary of Rotary District 6040’s participation in the donation process. The clubs will meet in the East Hills Library parking lot on Thursday to load up the shoes and send the caravan on its way. The goal for District 6040 is to donate 25,000 shoes by the end of the week.
