Utah-based Hawaiian fast food chain Mo’ Bettahs has closed all its locations in the Kansas City metro area. The reason for the closures is unclear, but the restaurant thanked customers for their support in a sign posted on the drive-thru intercom. Mo’ Bettahs had opened its first Kansas City location in Overland Park in 2022 and had additional locations in Blue Springs, Lee’s Summit, Liberty, Overland Park, and Olathe. The chain also has locations in Utah, Nevada, Oklahoma, Texas, and Idaho.
