The City of St. Joseph has appointed Dale Reuter as the new Planning and Community Development Director. Reuter, who has been serving as interim director since February, will now oversee various city departments. With a background in law enforcement and city planning, Reuter aims to honor St. Joseph’s historical significance. The City is now seeking a new Public Works director as current director Abe Forney plans to leave for the private sector.
