A man from Oregon, Missouri was arraigned for a fatal drunk driving crash in Andrew County. The crash occurred when the man, Mickey L. Messick, crashed his ATV, resulting in the death of a 41-year-old woman from Savannah who was a passenger. Messick’s blood alcohol level was found to be .084, and he is facing charges of DWI death of another and first-degree involuntary manslaughter. He pleaded not guilty during his arraignment, and a bond reduction hearing is scheduled for Tuesday.
