A recent poll conducted by YouGov for Rural Voices USA revealed that 71 percent of farm families in five Midwestern states are more likely to support a Congressional candidate who votes for year-round E15 legislation. The survey, which included respondents from Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, and Wisconsin, also showed that 57 percent of all rural voters would be more inclined to vote for a candidate who supports E15. Rural Voices USA Chairman Chris Gibbs emphasized that rural voters are seeking solutions to the farm crisis and want Congress to prioritize E15 legislation to benefit the farm economy. Gibbs urged members of Congress to heed the survey results and avoid further delays in passing the legislation.
