Doniphan County officials are working to secure child advocacy and forensic interview services through the Voices of Courage organization. Currently, Doniphan County is the only county in Kansas without coverage from a child advocacy center. Voices of Courage has been providing child interviews for the county through its Child First program at no cost. The organization is seeking to establish a formal agreement with Doniphan County to continue these critical services. County officials are exploring funding sources to support the partnership.
