In Fairfax, families can pre-order lunch by calling 660-736-5725 by 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Meals can be picked up at the Fairfax branch of the Atchison County Library from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. The menu includes options like tacos, waffles, and grilled chicken salad.
