Improvements are planned for the City of Horton’s shooting range, with repairs needed for 71 baffles at the facility. The City Commission approved up to $10,000 for materials and labor from the donations fund. Additionally, up to $14,000 was approved for police department computer upgrades, already included in the city’s budget.
