Gov. Mike Kehoe is scheduled to sign a bill, House Bill 2641, that will remove intoxicating hemp products from convenience stores, bars, and restaurants in Missouri. The bill, which passed with wide margins in both the House and Senate, will restrict sales of THC seltzers and edibles to licensed marijuana dispensaries starting Nov. 12th. The Missouri Hemp Trade Association delivered thousands of letters and petition signatures urging the governor to veto the bill. Kehoe’s office conducts a thorough review of all legislation before signing, and the bill signing ceremony is set for Thursday at 2:30 p.m.
