Teens in Northwest Missouri can participate in a summer driving program hosted by the St. Joseph Safety and Health Council. The program, available to teens ages 15 through 19 with a learner’s permit, will have two sessions in June. Participants will receive hands-on driving training, learn about road signs, and engage in activities like changing tires and experiencing impaired driving with drunk goggles. The program aims to provide detailed training in a short period of time and offers a valuable opportunity for young drivers to learn from experienced instructors. Interested individuals can sign up on the council’s website.
