Harline will receive an annual salary of $145,000 and must establish residency within Grundy County within six months. The city will provide a $15,000 relocation reimbursement. Performance evaluations will be conducted at least once a year by the mayor and city council. Harline brings extensive municipal experience to the role, having served in various administrative positions in Illinois, Delaware, and Missouri.
