The Brown County Appraiser’s Office will conduct a data reinspection of properties in the northwest quarter of the county, covering an area from 220th Street north to the Kansas State line and from Kestrel Road west to the Nemaha County line. This inspection is part of a six-year cycle required by the State of Kansas to ensure all properties are re-inspected. Appraiser staff will interview residents, measure structures, and take exterior photos, leaving door hangers for absent residents to complete. Residents can contact the office for questions or concerns, and staff will be easily identifiable with official signage and ID badges. The office appreciates residents’ cooperation during this process.
