Missouri sportsbooks saw a significant increase in tax revenue in February, generating over $1.2 million, more than the first two months combined. Despite a decrease in total wagers, sportsbooks used promotional bets to reduce taxable income. Parlays were the most profitable type of wager, with operators earning over $21 million. FanDuel, DraftKings, and BetMGM were the top earners, while Fanatics, Bet365, and Century Casino – Cape Girardeau were among the bottom earners. Experts predict continued positive revenue growth for the state in the coming years.
