Two individuals were arrested in Atchison County following a traffic stop, with one facing drug possession charges and the other arrested on a federal warrant. Letisha Fultz and Randall Powell, both from Atchison, were taken into custody on March 11. Powell was arrested on a U.S. District Court warrant, while Fultz was found in possession of methamphetamine and marijuana. The pair was transported to the Atchison County Jail following the incident.
