The National Archives is celebrating America’s 250th anniversary by showcasing original founding-era documents in eight cities across the United States. The documents will be transported via a custom Boeing 737 called the “Freedom Plane,” with the first stop in Kansas City at the National WWI Museum and Memorial. The exhibition in Kansas City runs from March 6 to March 22, and visitors can get free tickets at the museum or with online general admission tickets. The National WWI Museum and Memorial is open Wednesday to Monday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Other stops on the national tour include various cities across the country.
