The Kansas City Zoo & Aquarium has welcomed four new king penguin chicks to its family. The first chick hatched on Jan. 23 to parents Dumpling and Gibert, with the sex yet to be determined. The second chick, a male named King Julien, hatched on Feb. 2 to parents Kingsley and Cayenne. The third chick hatched on Feb. 10 to parents Brrger and Peepers, with Peepers opting to be a single mom. The fourth chick hatched on Feb. 15 to parents Vortex and Wasabi, with all parents showing great care for their offspring.
