Berwick Oil Company and Ag Partners Cooperative are giving members another chance to vote on their proposed merger after failing to meet the required two-thirds majority in the previous vote. The second vote is scheduled for March 11th, with feedback from joint customer meetings overwhelmingly in favor of moving forward. The merger is expected to bring expanded services, cost savings, and long-term stability while maintaining strong local service. Only Berwick Oil voting members will be allowed to participate in the upcoming vote due to differences in member equity between the cooperatives.
