A Buchanan County Investigator’s vehicle was struck by a motorcycle at an intersection in Missouri. The investigator, Abel Garcia, was driving his unmarked Sheriff’s Office vehicle when the collision occurred. The 18-year-old motorcycle driver, who was not wearing a helmet or lights, hit the investigator’s vehicle in the back passenger door. The driver was taken to the hospital for treatment and later released, while Garcia was unharmed.
