A 33-year-old female inmate at the Buchanan County Jail in Missouri was caught attempting to commit self-harm suicide on Sunday night. The inmate, who is charged with Drug Trafficking, was alone in her cell at the time of the incident. Jail staff and on-site nursing staff responded quickly, and the inmate was taken to Mosaic Life Care in critical condition.
