Buchanan County officials have announced plans to expand the Patrick K. Robb Juvenile Justice Center in St. Joseph by over 10,000 square feet. The $11.9 million expansion project is expected to begin construction in May. The goal of the project is to enhance the facilities and services provided at the juvenile detention center.
