The St. Joseph Chamber of Commerce helped Nothing Bundt Cakes celebrate its grand opening with a ribbon-cutting ceremony Thursday morning.

Nothing Bundt Cakes is the newest addition to the Shoppes at North Village. The bakery offers handcrafted cakes for various events, ranging from wedding receptions to date nights.

Field marketing and events manager, Hillary Gregory, says the business officially opened Dec. 18, 2025. “We opened right before Christmas. Now with the ribbon cutting, we’re ready to go!”

Gregory adds that the location at the North Shoppes is just right for business. “We’re so excited and everyone here has been so welcoming. We feel like we’re in a great spot in the North Shoppes. The Chamber has been super helpful and we’re excited to get involved in the community.”

Nothing Bundt Cakes also sells gifts and party favors, along with seasonal and monthly flavors with Gregory stating, “Starting Feb. 2, we’ll launch our pop-up flavor, dark chocolate raspberry. Come check us out, we’re always trying new things.”
