ATCHISON COUNTY —Law enforcement are investigating a suspect on multiple allegations.

Just before 7:30p.m. Sunday,  an officer on patrol observed 51-year-old George Milson III of Atchison in the 1400 block Commercial Street and took him into custody on a Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear in court. During the arrest Milson was found to be in possession of methamphetamine and marijuana.
